Workout

9:45a – 3 sets of weights for arms: bent rows, shoulder presses, kickbacks, bicep curls, flies, push ups – my first day back at doing the full 3 sets. i want my summer arms back!

11:45a – cardio: 25 minutes of stairmaster, 11 minutes/1mile on the treadmill. Not my best effort, but I was pressed for time and I’m still so lazy.

I really need to work on eating regularly since I’ve been really lazy and lethargic. It might be because of PMS. Hopefully.
