I feel gross. I have gained six pounds. That may not sound like a whole lot but I can f eel it, see it. Ick. I need to turn this around. And without my normal cardio routine. DIET AND EXERCISE. TONING. SAVING (for a pilates membership). I need to stop snacking and and start eating better. Salads and protein and BALANCE.
