Five in the morning

Lately, I’ve been suffering from a terrible bout of insomnia. I try and try to sleep, but alas it is once again 4:53am and sleep is nowhere to be found. And lately, I’ve noticed that although I am not getting sleep, it is not because of unsettling thoughts plaguing my mind. I am not anxious, I am not preoccupied with things that do not concern me. A breath of fresh air.
